Looking for practical help to improve your quality of life? The Art of Living will present its Happiness Program at PLCC from June 21-26, teaching breathing techniques to eliminate stress and improve relationships at home and work.

Fronditha Care’s Planned Activity Groups enable older people from a Greek-speaking background to socialise and reconnect with others and participate in activities that promote health and wellbeing. It may also provide a break for family carers.
Qualified and experienced staff work with participants to maximise their participation in the group and within the community in general.
