A gentle exercise program designed for beginners and those returning to exercise. Work at your own pace.
Aids flexibility, fitness and well being. Come along and join in this small and welcoming group.

The ChiBall MethodTM

It's a mind body exercise programme based on traditional Chinese Medicine, aromatherapy, colour therapy and a unique blend of Tai Chi-Qi Gong, Dance, Yoga, Pilates, Feldenkrais and deep relaxation meditation into a one hour class.

Hatha Yoga

Tai-Chi Plus

Reduces stress, improves fitness and helps increase energy levels. The exercises and movements are taught step by step, and anyone regardless of age or level of fitness can practice and benefit from Tai-Chi.

Julia's Essential Yoga presents Yogalates. Come join in this fun class which is a combination of Yoga and Pilates. Wear comfortable clothing and bring along an exercise mat and water.
