	Patterson Lakes/Carrum Village Committee Would you like to contribute to the future development of your local area, and have your say on Council programs and service delivery? Kingston Council has 10 Village Committees which act as advisory Committees to Council and work with Council to benefit the Community. One of the roles of a Village Committee is to identify and clarify local issues of concern to the local community.
